The load cell with four-wire connection method has no special requirements for the secondary instrument, so it is convenient to use, but when the cable is long, it is easy to be affected by environmental temperature fluctuations and other factors; The six-wire connection method of load cell requires that the secondary instrument used with it has a feedback input interface, which has certain limitations in its range of use, but it is not easy to be affected by environmental temperature fluctuations and other factors, so it has certain advantages in precision measurement and long-distance measurement.
In the weighing equipment, the four-wire sensor is used more. If the six-wire sensor is connected to the equipment of the four-wire sensor, the feedback and the incentive can be connected together, and the feedback and the incentive negative can be connected together. One thing to note about the signal line is that the output signals of red and white on the two types of sensors are different.
