A brief discussion on the factors affecting the qualified rate of zero point temperature drift compensation and the improvement measures

2022-09-27

Improving the qualification rate of zero temperature drift compensation is generally considered from two aspects: improving the original qualification rate of zero temperature drift and improving the qualification rate of zero temperature drift verification. The main factors affecting the two qualification rates are as follows:

  1. Strain gauge factor: as far as possible, select resistance strain gauge whose heat output tends to zero;

  1. The connection line of the conductor in the bridge: symmetry should be considered as much as possible when designing the bridge;

  1. Elastomer and accessory factors: in the design or selection of accessories (sealing cover, pressure head) should try to use the same material as the elastomer.

  1. Equipment factors: the equipment needs to be verified for temperature uniformity, product heating time and heat preservation effect before formal production, and regular testing and verification after normal use;

  1. Factors of temperature coefficient of compensation resistance: the temperature coefficient of different batches of compensation resistance should be verified before use;

  1. Influencing factors of different sensor states: the product placement mode should be as consistent as possible when collecting data each time, and should be consistent with the customer’s on-site use state;

  1. Impact of human factors: the best method is to promote equipment automation and reduce manual operations. The second is to strengthen the professional and technical training of post operators, improve the operation skills and the ability to deal with emergencies.
